About Edwin van Maanen

My name is Edwin. I’m a digital designer with nearly 15 years of experience. My roots lie in Visual & UI Design, but over time I extended my skills and interests to UX, research, product strategy and design leadership. My specialties lie in digital product design, native app design and in setting up, improving and creating design systems as enabler for great digital experiences. I enjoy the role of lead design, being the binding factor between business owners and development teams. As a creator I want to design meaningful experiences that create a positive impact on society and planet. I feel I have a role to play to help in slowing down and reverse climate change. Areas: energy transition, climate change fight,(smart) mobility, smart city solutions, sustainable energy solutions, sustainable tourism or digital media.
