I have over 14 years of experience in the legal and insurance fields, and I specialise in complex and high-value liability claims, applying my legal knowledge, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities to achieve optimal outcomes for both insurers and insureds. Before joining Associated Loss Adjusters in January 2024, I was a Specialist Claims Advocate at Marsh, where I focused primarily on financial lines insurance, such as Professional Indemnity and Commercial Crime. In this role, I advised and represented corporate clients on various aspects of their insurance policies, including coverage, claims, and disputes. I also developed strong relationships with brokers, underwriters, and loss adjusters, leveraging my industry network and insights to facilitate efficient and effective claims resolution. Prior to that, I worked as a Legal/Liability Loss Adjuster at Crawford and Company, where I handled legal and liability claims across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. I began my career as a litigation attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright, where I gained extensive trial experience and exposure to various legal disciplines.
