I develop and coach Quality teams in bringing value to the business through energizing and empowering each individual through a growth mindset to achieve their full potential. I have a proven track record of promoting a proactive Quality mindset, defining standard processes to achieve sustainable outcomes, selecting and developing actionable Data Analytics and Benchmarking tools, and mapping out Risk Ranking landscapes to reduce supply chain risks and enhance collaboration with supplier-partners. In the last 9 years, I have led teams in an end-to-end Quality role, and most recently leading a Supplier Quality team accountable driving continuous improvement at a supplier base with USD1B Annual Spend. Through my career journey, I have had the opportunity to develop Core sector expertise in Data Storage (Advanced Hard Drives and Solid State Storage), Mobile Telecommunications Hardware and Technology and most recently RF Semiconductors, and have always remained interested in how a strong Quality focus applies to the Medical Device sector and most recently Sustainability | Environmental Impact | Enterprise Social Governance | Corporate Social Responsibility frameworks. I was the Management Representative for ISO9001:2015 for the past 9 years and am a Certified Lead Auditor Practitioner for ISO13485 Medical Devices and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Quality Management Standards and a Certified Lead Greenhouse Gas Verifier to ISO14064. I had the privilege of being part of the Lean Leadership development training at University of Kentucky (True Lean Systems Program) which has grounded me in a Lean Culture mindset which focuses on behaviors, collaboration and a kaizen approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Excited to be part of the GlobalFoundries Global Quality Team, supporting GF's mission to be the manufacturing arm of choice by our Customers!
