I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business/Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. My expertise spans sales, healthcare operations, financial reporting, client relations, accounting, office administration, and customer relationship management (CRM). In my most recent role as Program Director for Healogics at Sinai Chicago, I was responsible for overseeing two wound care centers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients. My role involved aligning organizational goals with hospital objectives while fostering a safe environment for both staff and patients. As a Special Project Manager at NICL Laboratories, I led initiatives to improve and optimize laboratory operations, processes, and services. I collaborated with senior management, staff, and clients to enhance the quality, efficiency, and satisfaction of the laboratory's performance. Previously, as Practice Manager at Center for Adult Healthcare S.C, I managed a wide range of administrative, financial, and human resources functions, including billing, claims, coding, payroll, scheduling, and patient relations. Additionally, as Practice Administrator at Tiesenga Surgical Associates, I supported surgical staff and ensured effective management and coordination of the practice’s operations.
