About Eef Janssen

Proposition: Good results are, for me, a direct consequence of a good plan and employees who are empowered. With my analytical ability and creative mind, I quickly grasp the business situation and find workable solutions. I operate from trust and with genuine attention for people, but I also like to challenge my surroundings on substance. This way, I work with full energy on the health of myself, my organization, and the community. Ambition: I am looking for a general management role for my own organizational unit in transition. Preferably within a small to medium-sized company that grows through attention to people and impact on a healthy lifestyle. For example, in the food, health/skincare, or leisure industry, or in the more commercial sectors of healthcare. Hopefully within and with a close MT, based on clear targets and with lots of fun.
