About Eemeli Rajala

Hi! I am Eemeli Rajala, your future specialist in organizational development, whether it will be in HR, corporate co-operation or community engagement. My strongest experience is in NPO's, especially administration and organizing. Several different positions, such as the secretary general at OSKU ry have given me unique skills in recruitment and co-operation with other organizations for example. I want to bring my skills and character to a work environment to make the job even better than before. I've studied international business at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences. Focus on my studies was strategic development, leadership and management. I am often described as the one you can always count on. I'm responsible and firm when it comes to work, and I always aim to do better. I don't shy away from responsibility, but I do work best when I get to do it together with a team. I am also a really calm person who can analyse issues from several different perspectives and act on the best conclusion.
