I am a strategy and development professional with strong analytical and project management capabilities. I create strategy, manage projects, develop processes, innovate new business, and analyse pretty much anything. Furthermore, I have skills in data and analytics and agile development and strong interest to develop in these areas. Working with various stakeholders from customer to partners to top management has given be holistic perspective on business and developed my abilities in conceptual thinking. My domain expertise is from large international companies in machinery, software technology, construction, and facilities services industries. I enjoy planning, analysing, and solving problems as continuous development of business and myself keeps me going. These situations also allow me to make use of the logical thinking skills and analytical mindset that I have. Furthermore, I like to organize and work in a structured manner. Hence, I take forward and manage projects smoothly. I am especially interested in how digital solutions and technology could be used in developing existing processes and new business opportunities. As a person I am super reliable and responsible with high integrity. I respect others’ opinions and trust their professionalism, which is one of the reasons I collaborate smoothly and effectively. Reaching targets and delivering tasks on time and with high quality goes without saying for me. On my work I focus on results, but at the same time I believe that processes need to be in good shape to achieve those results.
