About Eeva Kaataja

As the of Head of Product Management I have a priviledge to lead the team of professional product managers to ensure that our vision in product strategy fulfills the customer needs in all our operating countries. I really enjoy developing our holistic product management organisation in Kiilto to be enable to produce high-quality and sustainable products to all customer segments. I am passionate about developing processes and creating new methodologies to work in a more proactive and strategical way towards a healthier and more sustainable future. Thus I was lucky to be able to start in a role of Process Owner for the Idea-to-Market process in the whole Kiilto. In our process harmonization project we define the most efficient processes in whole Kiilto to be even more successful in what we do. My previous work history is 2,5 yrs in Kiilto RDI and also 13 years in precast concrete industry in Consolis Parma (R&D, Project Manager in large delivery and assembly projects).
