I joined If's Nordic internal communications team in the beginning of 2021. During the past year, I've been amazed by the amount of talented (and foremost super nice!) employees we have, how the If culture is cherised and developed in a strategic way every day, and how employees are being engaged in big and small decisions. I do my best towards making If the best possible working environment for us all. My working style originates from multicultural education and competitive sports. After 20 years I still put on my leotard every week to train and socialize with my gymnastics girls. Goal-orientation, team work and engagement – they are all familiar to me. However, I always try to keep a twinkle in my eye.
