Over the last 5 years I've evolved from UX writing (text designer) to a UX designer (main responsibilities in interaction design) and a Scrum Master (chopping large projects to smaller ones). I thrive when I can help my colleagues reach their goals, and I get my professional kicks from sparking understanding and joy. Specialties: Project planning and managing, Scrum mastering and communicating, information architecture, usability & interaction design, proofreading & editing. Strengths: Creating communication bridges between teams and people. Producing UX materials ranging from prototypes to actual interaction specifications; Doing service design & user research, and testing the solutions on real-life users. Organizing, participating and presenting in events, instructing and educating people, providing great customer care where needed. Soft spots professionally for usability, accessibility, diversity; discourse analysis, social media, and journalistic writing. Interests ranging from live role playing and game design to scuba diving and comfort sports. Occasional musician and a singer-songwriter.
