As far back as I can remember, I have always had this curiosity about how things were developed and implemented. I am fascinated by technology and the underlying technical advances around us. This curiosity has been a major driving force for excellence, with a well-horned mindset for continuous improvement in everything I do. As an executive with intensive, multi-domain knowledge of oil and gas exploration and development processes, coupled with significant experience across multiple functions, I have led integrated projects opportunities, driven and captured business growth in new and existing markets. With my deep E&P background, I have also played strategic roles in developing project-specific commercial and technical alignments with clients, utilizing a wide breadth of products, technologies, and services resulting in cost savings of over $1.5B and performance improvements of +60% for my clients across their development programs. Over the past 15 years, I have driven and managed a wide spectrum of integrated engagements, leveraging technologies to achieve outstanding performance of energy assets. For example, by utilizing various digital tools, I developed a unique infill field development strategy that increased a client’s production performance by 70%, and also resulted in costs savings of $400k per well.
