About Effie Pan

Effie Pan is a professional coach and a trainer. She has passion in supporting individual developing their life long plan by finding out their core value, making commitment to be the change and exploring the possibilities so they can bring out the best of themselves. She strongly believes that with individuals who see their value, the organization will then have an extraordinary team. Effie has more than 10 years in training and established LifePassion Coaching & Training Services Co. in 2009, supporting individual and corporate reaching their goals through coaching and coaching based workshop, and recently adding action learning as one of methodologies. Before specializing in coaching, Effie has worked more than 22 years in various corporate in Taiwan, both regional and MNCs, across industry segments including manufacturing, direct sales, 5-star-hotel and consulting firm. She has started up and led a branch office for a Canadian brand of education consulting firm, played a role of regional sales and training manager for Market America, AVON, assisting distributors and leaders developing their sales skill as well as leadership competencies. Effie owns master degree in Human Resource & Knowledge Management and has engaged in learning and applying coaching related skills continually. After graduated from ICA( International Coach Academy), she took nearly one year mentor program with a senior coach, learning Satir model and keep practicing. She also hold a certification of WIAL –action learning coach and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®).
