My journey has never followed a straight path—it has been a series of challenges, lessons, and transformations, each step preparing me for the next. It all began with a calling to serve, a desire to push myself beyond limits, and a commitment to discipline and precision. As a United States Marine, I spent four years immersed in the world of strategic planning and logistics. Every mission required calculated decisions, efficient resource management, and the ability to adapt under pressure. Whether overseeing operations, coordinating personnel movements, or ensuring equipment readiness, I learned how to think ahead, act decisively, and lead with purpose. The experience was more than just logistics—it was about problem-solving on the fly, working as a team, and executing plans with precision. My technical skills expanded further as a Water Support Technician, where I operated and maintained critical water purification systems. Later, as an Embarkation and Operations Coordinator, I was once again at the helm of logistics, overseeing the seamless movement of personnel and equipment, ensuring everything was in place when it mattered most. When I transitioned into civilian life, those skills became the foundation of my professional growth. I navigated the financial sector with the same discipline, handling transactions with accuracy, safeguarding sensitive information, and ensuring operational efficiency. In the fast-paced food service industry, I mastered time management, leading teams to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards. Now, my journey has taken another exciting turn—I am an accounting student at San Jose State University, bridging my hands-on experience with financial expertise. Numbers tell a story, just like my journey, and I’m eager to combine my background in strategy, logistics, and operations with a deep understanding of finance. Each step of my career has been a lesson in adaptability, leadership, and problem-solving. Whether in the Armed Services, behind a desk, or in a fast-paced customer service role, my mission has remained the same: to think strategically, act efficiently, and make an impact wherever I go. And now, I’m ready for the next chapter.
