WHAT I DO: I am an attorney and certified mediator with extensive experience in various legal fields. I advise, support, represent, and provide legal solutions to various corporations and organizations, with a focus on contracts, tenders, labor law, non-profit law, real estate, land law (specifically related to taxation), and others. I frequently draft contracts, opinions, engagement letters, support applications, and donation agreements, conduct negotiations, draw up lasting power of attorney documents, provide reports to relevant authorities, and represent my clients in court and before different professional bodies. Currently I am an independent lawyer at the NSM Law Firm in Jerusalem. NSM is a leading Israeli firm in the field of non-profit law, among other areas, and represents many prominent organizations, associations, and private clients. WHO I WORK WITH: I advise a broad range of clients, including companies, non-profits (NGOs), and private individuals. To date, they include the Association for Promoting Arts Education in Jerusalem, the New Lecturers Committee of the Hebrew University, Leyada – the Hebrew University Secondary School, GNT – Body Soul Consciousness, the Israeli Yoga Teachers Association, and more. As someone committed to contributing to my local and national community, I also advise various non-profit associations on a voluntary pro bono basis, including Nefesh B’Nefesh, which works to support new immigrants to Israel, Udi Marili Creative Employment Solutions for people with disabilities, and the Lobby to Combat Sexual Violence.
