Prior to founding Alpha Omega Technologies, Mr. Perry served as a Flight Officer in the US Navy. While in the Navy, Mr. Perry devised and implemented a streamlining of processes for training, certification qualifications, and inspection. His leadership resulted in operational efficiencies of thousands of man hours per year and substantial labor and materials savings for the US Navy. A member of the Project Management Institute, the National Defense Industrial Association, the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum, as well as several service organizations and Chambers of Commerce.
