About Efren Zamaro

Cybersecurity and helping others are my greatest passions in life! After graduating from High School in 2020, I fully delved into the world of cybersecurity with the goal of learning as much as possible. In September of 2020, I had enrolled in WGU's Cybersecurity Program and I'm proud to say in December of 2020, I had graduated from WGU with a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. Shortly afterwards, I began working at Crowdstrike as an Associate Analyst in March of 2021 where I began working in Incident Response and building my skillset. As of June 2022, I was promoted to an Analyst within Falcon Complete! As of now, I am currently consuming as much security information and intelligence I can get my hands on so that I may get "great" as an analyst. My plan is to attend SANs Graduate Incident Response Certificate Program, head back to WGU to get a B.S. in Computer Science, go back to SANS institute of technology for their Master's Program, then head on to Dakota State University for their PHd Program in Cyber Operations.
