About Egbert Eeftink

Former audit partner and Management Board member at KPMG with 35+ years experience. I have led global and national teams providing audit and advisory services to large clients. I have worked across different industry sectors and in a number of countries, with a particular sector focus in energy. I have had various management roles with KPMG, including Head of Audit & Assurance and member of the Management Board in the Netherlands. In these roles I have gained experience in strategy, governance, quality transformation, leading change, building high performance teams, fostering innovation, board room dynamics and stakeholder engagement. My current positions (part-time) are professor Financial Reporting at VU University Amsterdam and expert Counsel at the Enterprise Court in Amsterdam. Deep expertise in professional areas as finance, risk management, reporting, audit, regulatory compliance, valuation, governance and company law.
