I am an experienced and entrepreneurial director with 16+ years in the environmental and technical sector, currently focused on renewsble energy project design, procurement, finance, and execution. At Pondera, I’ve helped grow our services, secure major framework contracts (>€2.5M), and lead complex renewable energy projects. In addition to my role at Pondera, I am a partner at KlicConverter, where I help infrastructure professionals access and integrate underground utility data directly into their own software—making project planning safer, faster, and more effective. Key achievements Founded and lead Pondera’s advisory group for Owner's Engineering, Contracting, Finance & Construction (16 consultants, €1.5M turnover). Opened our Seoul office, expanding Pondera’s footprint into the South Korean offshore wind market. Led the development and ISO 9001:2015 certification of our QMS (2020). Managed tenders, contract negotiations, due diligence, and construction for multiple offshore wind and hydrogen projects. Guiding the integration of Pondera into Haskoning in the areas of Owner’s Engineering, Contracting and Finance. I have deep experience with contract formats like FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver, White – both and 2017) and UaV-gc. I’m skilled at building and leading high-performing teams, navigating complex projects, and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.
