About Ege Adali

My interests and expertise relate to the exploitation of organizational resources such as business capabilities, knowledge, skills, and IT in the development of novel value-creating service solutions, and the integration of these solutions into the business architecture of organizations. In this regard, I consider the business architecture as a glue that holds together the business strategy, business processes, business models, and offerings of an organization. I have a service-oriented perspective to my work, in which offering solution-oriented services that lead to the co-creation of value with customers takes precedence over offering traditional and stand-alone products. I am a Computer Engineer by trade and with that comes my strong inclination towards IT and its use in business development. Furthermore, I am well versed in modern software engineering approaches and thus, I am in favor of Agile software development methodologies and the adoption of Agile practices in a variety of business processes.
