About Ege Tunc

Law graduate from Tilburg University, with a strong foundation in legal analysis, compliance, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.Currently working as an Internal Control specialist in the Compliance Department at Anadolubank Nederland N.V, where I contribute to internal control processes, reconciliation oversight, regulatory reporting, and AML risk assessment projects. My academic background and practical experience have allowed me to bridge legal reasoning with operational and financial control.My thesis explored the regulatory implications of Brexit on financial services, focusing on how aligning EMIR and TPR could improve market stability and reduce systemic risk in OTC derivatives markets. This research deepened my interest in the intersection of law, finance, and risk governance.With prior experience at Dentons LLP Amsterdam and exposure to contract, corporate, and private international law, I’m continuously building on both my legal and operational skillset. Based in Amsterdam, I’m eager to grow further in an international environment that challenges me intellectually and encourages critical thinking.
