I have hands-on experience in designing visual materials and crafting content for digital campaigns, particularly in promoting Mandiri’s Debit & Remittance products. My responsibilities include creating key visuals, writing copy for WhatsApp Blasts and push notifications, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and on target. I use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to develop clear, engaging promotional assets, and I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain message consistency and execution quality. I’m also actively involved in on-ground events related to Mandiri Debit Cards—such as account opening activations, Livin’ Poin redemption activities, and supporting branch teams in collecting data on overseas account openings through the Livin’ Around the World program. Earlier in my career, I contributed to government document digitization efforts, which refined my attention to detail and document management skills. My blend of creative design and process understanding allows me to support communication projects with both visual appeal and administrative precision.
