I am a banking professional with nearly 7 years of experience in consumer loan documentation at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Currently serving as a Consumer Loan Document Officer, I specialize in managing end-to-end documentation and legal processes for housing loan disbursements. My key responsibility includes actively coordinating with Notaries, the National Land Agency (BPN), and Developers to expedite the transfer of land and building title certificates. I place strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency to support smooth credit realization for clients. One of my proudest achievements is being selected as one of the Top 20 finalists of the Bank BTN Innovation Award in 2019, recognizing my contribution in improving work efficiency and service delivery.
