About Ehab M.

Currently, as a Decision Maker with the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, my focus is on making fair and legally sound decisions in refugee claims. I'm deeply committed to the principles of justice and compassion, ensuring every individual seeking protection is treated with dignity. It's work that allows me to contribute to a fair process for those in vulnerable situations while upholding the integrity of Canada's refugee system. This dedication to impactful work builds on over 30 years of experience leading operations and services. In previous roles, such as Operations Excellence & Services Director, I specialized in large-scale project management, particularly in optimizing how teams work together and enhancing services that improve people's quality of life. I have a strong track record of not just meeting targets, but also fostering positive team environments, navigating change effectively, and building collaborative relationships to align operational strategies with broader goals. At my core, I'm passionate about designing and streamlining processes. I enjoy analyzing complex situations and using data-driven insights to build and enhance operations, making them more efficient and productive for everyone involved.
