About Ehsan Adeeb

With extensive expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), fluid-structure interactions, and biomedical engineering, I am currently engaged as a Senior Researcher (Postdoctoral) and Lecturer at Kangwon National University, South Korea. My work integrates high-performance computing, GPU-based simulations, and advanced experimental techniques to push the boundaries of fluid dynamics research. I have led cutting-edge projects utilizing 4D Flow MRI and CFD simulations to analyze age-related changes in aortic blood flow, contributing to advancements in cardiovascular disease diagnostics. Additionally, my research on cerebrovascular flow and aortic dissection has provided valuable insights into stroke mechanisms and vascular health. My expertise extends to industrial applications, including the study of hydroturbines in collaboration with Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power and the optimization of ceiling fan aerodynamics. Alongside research, I have taught advanced physics and engineering courses, integrating computational and experimental approaches to enhance student learning and innovation. Throughout my career, I have been committed to bridging experimental and computational methodologies, publishing high-impact research, and mentoring the next generation of engineers and scientists. My goal is to drive innovation in fluid dynamics, biomedical engineering, and renewable energy applications while contributing to sustainable and technologically advanced solutions.
