I’m a Project Manager and Principal ITS Engineer with over a decade of experience delivering innovative, integrated traffic solutions across Canada, the U.S, and internationally. My work bridges traffic engineering, real-time systems, software development, and network integration, enabling cities to build smarter, more resilient transportation networks. I’ve led the design, deployment, and enhancement of Parsons’ iNET® Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) in major jurisdictions in Canada, United States and Internationally —integrating various ITS devices and systems specifically traffic signal controllers. Key contributions include- Designing, implementing, and deploying iNET Signal Priority, a centralized TSP/EVP solution- Developing and implementing ATSPM and Intelligent Response algorithms for real-time performance monitoring and signal optimization- Key contributor to the iNET Adaptive Signal System (MAC)- Serving as Task Manager and Logic Designer for Ontario’s Signing Strategy Application (SSA), replacing legacy DMS tools with a rule-based, bilingual, and pictogram-enabled system- Leading UI/UX efforts for Intelligent Intersection, and building web-based tools like the Signal Controller Database Management Portal- Creating a fuzzy logic–based metering algorithm for the San Francisco–Oakland Bay Bridge. My technical stack includes Java, React, SQL, and I have hands-on experience with AI integration.
