A postdoctoral researcher engaged in experimental and modeling aspects of Cleaning in Place (CIP) in pharmaceutical industry- Experienced Process & Chemical Engineer | Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering | Electrochemistry, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Process Optimization. I am a versatile and results-oriented engineer with a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, bringing together over 5 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, industrial, and research sectors. My core strengths encompass process operations, equipment qualification, technology transfer, and new product introduction within GMP-regulated environments. I have collaborated with leading organizations, including Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and Sanofi Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. I have led successful process optimization projects, developed simulation models, and improved validation protocols using Six Sigma and advanced risk analysis techniques. My experience spans biosensor manufacturing, electrode modification, data analysis, and advanced process design, with a proven record in project management, quality control, and regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO). In both industry and academia, I have served as a researcher, lab supervisor, and technical officer, directing cross-functional teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and streamlining technology transfers. My technical toolkit includes Aspen Hysys, MATLAB, gPROMS, COSMO-RS, DoE, Python, MS Project, SPSS, Minitab, and PHA-Pro.
