My primary experience as a Director for CRM & Contact Center lies in setting up, managing Contact Centers and implementing CRM strategies within any organization. As a result of my experience, I have been fortunate enough to benchmark organizations Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality etc. & many other private sectors. With an extensive knowledge in project management in different regions and fields, a solid background of directing projects, I have proven a great ability to achieve outstanding business goals, maximizing productivity and most importantly demonstrating success in leading and mentoring my team using key strategies. I always aim to build a strong, healthy and professional environment, which would result in my years of successful achievement and organization mission and vision.
