Ehsan Salman is a Director with Deloitte Middle-East’s Business Process Solutions (BPS) practice. He is a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) from ACCA and holds a Masters in Economics and an MBA in Islamic Finance. Ehsan has 13+ years of professional experience as a financial and HR consultant specializing in setup of accounting, payroll processing, social insurance compliance (GOSI) and VAT compliance operations. He has also worked on shared services operations, feasibility studies, project finance, policy drafting, project management, and process optimization through digitalization. Ehsan has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is managing a team of more than 60 people involved in providing a centralized BPO service suite of accounting, payroll and VAT services in Saudi Arabia across a wide range of clients belonging o diverse industries. He has hands on experience with multiple accounting ERP’s including, SAP, MS Navision, Oracle NetSuite, Sage and Microsoft D365. Ehsan has worked with many leading local and multinational companies in KSA including a number of Government and quasi Government organisations and local family groups.
