As a Business Development Manager at Brainy n Bright, I help the company grow its customer base and revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the education sector. I leverage my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), product marketing, and sales to create and execute effective strategies that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. I also collaborate with the product development and content teams to provide feedback and insights on the market trends and customer preferences. I joined Brainy n Bright in October 2022, after completing a two-month trainee program at BYJU'S, where I learned the basics of online education and digital marketing. Before that, I had a brief internship at Candid Communications Ltd, where I gained exposure to the media and public relations industry. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from ILEAD Institute in May 2022, with a focus on business administration and management. During my studies, I also earned two edX certificates in managing conflicts on programs and projects with cultural and emotional intelligence, and improving your business through a culture of health. These certificates reflect my core competencies of communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation, as well as my passion for learning and development. My goal is to use my education and experience to contribute to the growth and success of Brainy n Bright, and to make a positive impact on the education sector.
