I’m experienced sales and trade marketing professional with a deep understanding of the Finnish FMCG business both in brand and Private label sector. I have a good knowledge and understanding of the cross-functional cooperations in a manufacturing industry and wide experience in several branches of the food industry, e.g. baby food, meat processing, bakery, ice cream, frozen food and berry processing. I have customer, category and shopper insight oriented approach on business and I have a strong ability to transform research data into clear practical measures and goals for the company. Understanding the customer's needs is a key factor in successful business. I also have strong expertise in pricing, monitoring profitability, budgeting, working on business strategy and leading a sales team. I am an entrepreneurial doer and I approach my work with passion. I am a social team player, full of positive energy. I am a quick decision maker, ”stop thinking and act” reflects my ways of working. I like challenges that require total commitment and persistence. Utilizing my expertise and developing things motivates me, as does setting goals. Routine jobs are not for me. Understanding broad entities and managing and completing projects is my strength. I lead with knowledge, but the best result comes from discussion and sharing understanding because shared commitment is the key to success. As a superior, I believe in the power of example. I want to motivate people to do their best in their own way, towards a common goal. My motto is: Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
