Today, I work part-time in the aviation sector as a Consultant, supporting cross-functional projects with a focus on business development, marketing strategies, and controlling. I enjoy combining analytical thinking with a people-centered approach and am particularly drawn to roles that connect HR strategy, process optimisation, and communication across teams.
