Eike has a professional experience of 10+ years as project manager, strategic consultant, business coach and trainer. With a coaching mindset by heart he enables executives and their teams to achive exceptional results. As Senior Consultant at Consensa he serves his clients with a broad tool-kit of Agile and 'traditional' methods which he applied and tested himself. For his clients his ambition is to be not dogmatic but find together the best-fitting solutions and approaches for each single case. Eike is an active member of the working group "Agile Controlling" for the International Controlling Association (ICV) specifically engaging on the topics OKR and Purpose, Culture and Change. Deloitte: Focus on Finance Excellence projects and on Agile methods in this behalf: How do organizations need to be set up to a) become more Agile, b) effectively steer Agile organizations (e.g. within SAFe) or c) rethink traditional methods for e.g. budgeting and planning to become faster, more adaptive and robust in changing environments? Dräger: Inhouse consultant and coach for key decision makers in the global sales and service organization with focus to drive efficiency and standardization for decentralized organizations regarding sales strategy development and pricing.
