About Eileen Ahern

Eileen Ahern is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Willenken LLP, a 15-member, certified minority-owned, majority-women law firm, recognized on the National Law Journal's "Litigation Boutiques Hotlist." Eileen specializes in defending clients in high-stakes consumer matters, including consumer class actions, as well as product liability and Section 230 litigation. She also regularly litigates complex contract disputes, both on the defense- and plaintiff-side. Eileen’s clients have spanned a cross section of industries, including technology, consumer products, financial services, utilities, and automotive. By focusing on strategic advice, critical early motion practice, and positioning for victory in opposing class certification, Eileen has secured a long track record of favorable results for her clients. Eileen's work has consistently garnered respect in the legal community. She has been named by Benchmark Litigation as a "Litigation Star" from 2018-2023, and has been named one of the "Top Women Attorneys in Southern California" by SuperLawyer Magazine. She also was recognized by the Daily Journal for securing a “Top 20 Defense Verdict” on behalf of Ticketmaster in a putative class action. Eileen is a 2001 graduate of Columbia Law School. Before joining Willenken, Eileen practiced at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP for six years.
