About Eileen Chio

With over a decade in the engineering industry, I’ve followed an unexpected yet deeply rewarding path—starting from sewer networks to sales, asset management, and now leading a critical trailblazer infrastructure project in Singapore.I began my career designing public outreach for conveyance and water reclamation network projects (yes, engineering is that cool), before pivoting into sales where I helped turn water and wastewater proposals into real, lasting impact. From there, London called—and so did a 10-year flood asset management project that became a highlight of my journey. Now, I’m proud to be part of the Tuas Water Reclamation Plant team, helping to deliver one of Singapore’s most significant water infrastructure projects. Along the way, I’ve also championed diversity through the Jacobs Women’s Network, because engineering isn’t just about systems—it’s about people.Curious about the work we do? Let’s connect!
