I help people understand their value and what makes them uniquely qualified in the marketplace. l help all kinds of people tell their stories better in interviews and on resumes by gaining in-depth understanding of their experiences, and translating them into clear, powerful stories. As Director of the Ulmer Career Center at the University of Louisville's College of Business, I work with business students and alumni to reach their highest potential by focusing on skills and choices that build successful careers. I employ my diverse corporate background, career-coach training, years of coaching experience, and highly customized approach in guiding adults of all ages and stages to fear less, dare more, and become career-resilient.
