About Eileen Felske

I have over 45 years experience in Financial Aid Administration. Over my career, I have become an expert on federal and state regulations and compliance. Throughout my career, I have made customer service and effective office procedures my priorities. I've had experience with Accreditation processes and federal Program Reviews of Financial Aid. I am particularly proud of the fact that the program reviews were clean, with only minor, non-monetary findings. This excellence also accounts for over 35 flawless audits during my Directorships. I've had experience with traditional and non-traditional students and numerous varieties of delivery systems. I am also a private Financial Aid Consultant with experience working with institutions troubleshooting and evaluating office procedures and assisting students (and parents) in their Admissions and Financial Aid application processes. It is my firm belief that education is the foundation of society and that, to the greatest possible extent, it should be a collaborative effort of all those involved. It must also be a priority. From the student to the federal government, the benefits of education are clear and self-evident and must be fostered for the good of all. I'm committed to the notion of DIE, both in staff hiring and student service.
