With over 15 years of experience at Nickelodeon and Paramount, I am a seasoned administrative professional. I have extensive experience in office administration, calendar management, event planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with high-level executives and overseas studios. I am an upbeat, friendly, highly detailed, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced and positive environment. Additionally, I was the main travel liaison for the studio, I managed business relationships with outside travel vendors, provided visa expertise, arranged travel, and troubleshooted any issues within this sector. I also trained and supported employees on how to use Concur, the online travel and expense tool, and ensured compliance with the travel policy and procedures. I implemented the Concur system to the entire Burbank studio and accomplished a successful roll out. I am looking for an opportunity to contribute my experience to a great company!
