As an Associate Director and Site Lead at Collins Aerospace, I have been leading the Optronics business unit for over five years, overseeing the profit and loss, strategic sales, customer relationship management, and competitive market intelligence. With more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, I have a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions and generating new business opportunities for our clients and partners. My core competencies include program management, business development, negotiations, customer needs assessment, and sales operations leadership. I have a strong background in international management, having earned my MBA from Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management. I am also fluent in Spanish and have extensive experience in working with government procurement agencies. My mission is to leverage my expertise and skills to create value for our customers and stakeholders, and to drive innovation and growth for the Optronics division at Collins Aerospace.
