About Eileen Loftus Manger

Born and raised in San Francisco in a historic Victorian home with her five siblings, Eileen Loftus Manger learned early on the meaning of roots, family, and community. The daughter of a mother with creative design skills and a father who proudly served as a Marine during WWII and Korea before working at Pacific Bell for 45 years, Eileen grew up watching her parents’ dedication to both home and family. They cared for their home for more than 50 years and also managed investment properties, giving Eileen an early understanding of design, discipline, and the practical side of real estate—foundations that continue to guide her today. Eileen is now an experienced residential REALTOR® in the Pleasanton Tri-Valley, helping people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. With her SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and years of firsthand experience caring for her own aging parents, she brings empathy, patience, and a step-by-step approach to guiding seniors and their families through downsizing, selling a house full of memories, and moving confidently into their next chapter. Beyond senior transitions, she also supports clients who are right-sizing into a home that better fits their lifestyle, growing families who need more space, and sellers looking to plant roots in a new community. No matter the stage of life, she is committed to making each move less overwhelming and more meaningful, helping her clients align their home with where life is taking them next. Her professional journey has been as dynamic as the Bay Area itself. After earning a marketing degree from San Francisco State University, Eileen worked in title and tech before pausing her career to care for her mother and children. Later, after becoming a substitute teacher, she finally chose to pursue real estate full time. Today, she combines her unique background—with market knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a lifelong commitment to community—to help clients not only feel supported but also at home in the neighborhoods where they land. Outside of real estate, Eileen stays connected and grounded. She carries on her father’s love of gardening, played violin in community orchestras for 25 years, and is a lifelong lover of classical music. These days, you’ll often find her walking the Pleasanton hills with coffee from Peet’s, or at home cooking with her husband of 30 years and their two daughters—one in medicine, the other in chemistry. Dedicated to giving back, Eileen also supports local organizations that strengthen housing, education, and community connections in the Tri-Valley.
