Eileen M. Letts is a premier civil trial attorney with dozens of jury trials and over 100 bench trials, often for Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities. Ms. Letts has won major trials in a wide variety of subject matter areas, most often in defense of liability matters, including product liability and other complex tort claims. Her defense experience also includes police misconduct claims and commercial disputes. Ms. Letts is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars and panel discussions for such entities as the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Ms. Letts graduated from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1978 and received the degree of Juris Doctor. She is admitted to practice before the Illinois Bar and the Federal Bar. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University in 1975. Her prior employment includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the late Glenn T. Johnson, Justice of the Illinois Appellate Court.
