About Eileen Monaghan

Joined Terrirtorial Army at 17 trained as an operator in the Royals Signals then became a Telecoms Engr then progressed onto become a Terminal equipment Technician and continued to upgrade to a Systems Technician. As a result of military training I was offered a job in a small telecoms firm as an installation engr then progressed onto installing switches and commissioning them for Ericson. During my time in the army I also trained as a first aid instructor then as a Battlefield FA instr. I was also a military Driving Instructor teaching B, C, C1E, D1, C+E. For the past 11 years I have been part of the Comms & IT team at the Royal International Air Tattoo in Fairford as part of the installation team firstly as military then as a civilian. I am currently working as a Warrant Officer for HM Courts Service. I have worked in the courts service for 30 years and of which 19 years as a Warrant Officer which involves in executing arrest warrants on criminal fines and Breach Warrants. I deal with a very diverse population of people and have excellent communication skills which allows me to communicate effectively with some challenging people. I also work alongside partner agencies like the police on certain warrant operations.
