Extensive experience solving problems within the medical device global supply chain process utilizing Lean and Six Sigma principles to reduce cost and lead time. My understanding of the importance of collaboration and strong supplier relationship management drives me to improve the end-to-end process through communication of daily/weekly/monthly KPI reviews. As you can see from my profile, I have been an active participant in cross functional product launch teams, managing product lines from cradle to grave. This required me to forecast, plan and buy products resulting in many successful launches. I build genuine partnerships utilizing strong verbal and written communication including leading S & OP meetings, working with internal partners, including R+D, Quality, Regulatory, and senior leadership that ensures both internal and external stakeholders’ expectations are achieved.
