About Eileen Reyes

When I started college, I pursued engineering to leverage my STEM skills and contribute to initiatives like Engineers Without Borders, aimed at helping communities worldwide meet basic needs. However, as one of the few women and minorities in the program, I faced challenges that led me to reconsider my path. Reflecting on my leadership role in the Society of Women Engineers, I transitioned to human resources with a new purpose to support people in the workplace. In my current role as an Associate Consultant with Gallagher’s Human Resources & Compensation Consulting practice, I work with clients to analyze compensation data and develop tailored solutions for compensation programs that align with business objectives and market trends. My expertise in salary surveys, job evaluations, and pay plan design ensures clients have competitive, cost-effective compensation policies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. With over nine years of experience, I also have knowledge in talent management, benefits, compensation, company policies, and HR reporting and analytics. I have a B.S. in Business Management from San Francisco State University and led a local organization promoting women in business and leadership. I continue to support my alma mater as an Advisory Board Member for the Lam Family College Business Mentorship Program.
