WORK EXPERIENCE: Food and beverages I have previous experience working at The Peregrine pub, I was a waitress, I took orders on the till and I had to deal with cash handling. Sitel : I have worked for Sitel. inbound calls NHS line for 2 months, during ( covid-19 pandemic) CORONA LINE, which I really enjoyed and learned alot about customer service over the phone. Serco: I previously worked for Serco, on behalf of the National Apprenticeship Service. I was on outbound calls for two months until contract ended.
