I most recently held a position as a Senior People Consultant at Ernst & Young with skills in Change Management, Strategic Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, Culture Activation and Organisation Design. In my role I prepared, supported and enabled large scale organisational change to be realised through change impact assessments, focused change management and change/business readiness plans, strategies and activities including, training needs analyses, training strategies and plans, the creation of personas, employee journeys and the establishment of change networks for clients. I have a proven ability to work successfully as part of a team in a wide variety of sectors and industries. I hold a first class Masters degree in Work and Organisational Psychology and a Level A and Level B Certificate in Occupational Testing accredited by the British Psychological Society.
