I have many years experience in Service Desk Management and Service Delivery. I am hard working and passionate customer-focused professional who strives to provide high-quality solutions and support. I have a strong background in ITIL, PRINCE2, and web design, and I enjoy learning new technologies and tools to enhance my skills and knowledge. I am currently a Service Desk Coordinator at Cross Technical Solutions which specialises in the design, Installation, Service and Maintenance of Specialist Refrigeration systems. Before moving in to this current role, my previous experience was in the Telecommunications industry. As a Service Desk Coordinator, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring that all requests, incidents, and problems are handled efficiently and effectively. I also coordinate the dispatch of engineers, monitor the SLA compliance, and provide regular reports and feedback to the management and customers. I leverage my IT service management skills to deliver excellent customer service, improve processes and procedures, and optimise the performance and productivity of the service desk.
