As Logistics Manager, I have more than 15 years experience in overseeing the warehousing, transportation, logistics, operations, procurement, and compliance departments, mainly strictly regulated industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, but also in FMCG and general warehousing. I have more than 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on lean and process improvement, I hold an MBA in International Business and Supply Chain Management, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, and Project Management. I have a strong leadership experience of leading larger multicultural operational teams and smaller dedicated international project teams, delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction. I also have a broad ICT background in ERP systems, online platforms, and business analysis, which enables me to optimize the performance and efficiency of the supply chain processes and systems. My mission is to provide innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
