About Eitan Nifco

I bridge the worlds of enterprise data and emerging AI, helping organizations translate complex data ecosystems into intelligent, human-centered products. As a Senior Consultant II in Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice, I’ve led high-impact programs across energy, utilities, telecom, and hospitality clients. From architecting $1M privacy and data-governance transformations to standing up product-style operating models that accelerate delivery from strategy to execution. My focus lies at the intersection of data and AI strategy and product management: building the operating structures, feedback loops, and business cases that turn data into actionable intelligence. I’m passionate about 0-to-1 innovation, applying generative-AI and data-driven thinking to design more adaptive, insight-rich solutions. With a foundation in Materials Engineering (B.A.Sc, UBC) and advanced training in Stanford’s Product Management Program, I combine structured problem-solving with product empathy and people-centric design. I thrive in cross-functional teams that blur the lines between business, design, and technology to deliver measurable impact and lasting adoption.
