About Eithne Ofarrell

An experienced senior commercial leader with a strong track record across diverse industries including financial services, medical device manufacturing, content moderation, MedTech, FinTech, Hospitality, SaaS, AI, eCommerce, Tech, Gaming and business process outsourcing (BPO), working with start-up, scaling, rapid-growth and enterprise clients. I bring deep experience in end-to-end commercial process development, customer lifecycle management, complex solution design, sales enablement, sales operations management and strategic programme delivery. I believe that an organization’s true value lies in its people. As a leader, my role is to create environments where individuals can thrive, make an impact, and grow. My leadership style is people-centric, rooted in mentoring, coaching and empowering my team. I coach a number of people, and this work brought me to study diversity, equality and inclusion – an area I care deeply about. I recently graduated with first class honours from the University of Limerick.
