I recently met with a client with whom we were trying to close a bid for our products, although we were a little higher on our bid over our competitor’s. However, our client informed us that even though they could save money with our competitor, they selected my company because of our consistently outstanding customer service. I was excited to hear this as providing total customer satisfaction has always been crucial to my career. I am currently a general manager for Builders FirstSource in Columbia, South Carolina and I look forward to going to work every day. I am organized, self-motivated, and a team player. I consistently set goals for myself and for my team while seeking opportunities to coach and help my team grow. With my salesmen I offer advice on closing bids based on my own experiences in sales as well as knowledge on the products.
